Video and content metadata
Content engagement data (e.g., views, likes, comments, shares)

We use the information we collect only for the following lawful, clearly defined purposes:

To complete third-party platform authentication and account authorization
To provide multi-platform content management and data analytics
To display content performance data and support your analysis and decisions
To protect platform security and prevent abuse or unauthorized access
To improve product features and user experience

III. Third-Party Platform Data Compliance

All third-party platform data is obtained through official APIs
All data access requires your explicit authorization
Each account must be authorized separately
We do not bypass, simulate, or automate third-party platform login or authorization flows
We do not sell, rent, or exchange any third-party platform data
We do not use data for purposes not authorized by you

IV. YouTube API Data Use

Our application uses YouTube API Services to access and display YouTube-related data.

We access YouTube user data only when you have explicitly authorized it through Google OAuth
Data we may access includes: channel basic information, video metadata, video engagement data (views, likes, comments, shares)
Data is used only for content management, data analytics, and related functionality
We do not sell, rent, or share YouTube user data with third parties

Authorization Tokens

We may store authorization tokens (Access Token or Refresh Token) provided by YouTube API Services, only for features you have explicitly authorized
Tokens are stored and used securely only for the duration of your authorization
They will not be used for any purpose beyond the scope of your authorization
When you revoke YouTube authorization via Google account settings or on the Platform, we will immediately stop using the related tokens and invalidate or delete them within a reasonable period

V. Instagram / Meta Data Use

Our application uses the Instagram Graph API (Meta’s official API) to access and display Instagram-related data for account management, media management, content publishing, and analytics.

We access Instagram account data only when you have explicitly authorized it through Instagram / Facebook OAuth
Data we may access includes: account basic information (e.g., account ID, username, profile picture, followers count, media count), media metadata, and engagement data (views, likes, comments, shares, saves)
Data is used only for the features you have authorized, such as account management, media management, publishing, and analytics
We do not sell, rent, or share Instagram user data with third parties

Authorization Tokens

We may store access tokens provided by Meta/Instagram only for features you have explicitly authorized
Tokens are stored and used securely only for the duration of your authorization
When you revoke Instagram authorization via Meta account settings or on the Platform, we will immediately stop using the related tokens and invalidate or delete them within a reasonable period

VI. Content Publishing and Automation

All content upload and publishing is manually triggered by the user
Publishing is performed on a per-account basis

The Platform does not support or provide:

Automated or bulk content publishing
Scheduled publishing
Automated likes, comments, or follows
Scripted, background, or unattended operations

VII. Data Storage and Security

Authorization credentials (e.g., Access Tokens) are stored in encrypted form
We use reasonable, industry-standard technical and administrative measures to protect data
Data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the Service

VIII. Revoking Authorization and Data Deletion

You may revoke our authorization at any time through the respective third-party platform
After revocation, we will immediately stop accessing the related data
Stored related data will be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period, except where required by law

8.1 YouTube

You may revoke our authorization at any time via Google account security settings: https://myaccount.google.com/connections?filters=3,4&hl=en
After revocation, we will immediately stop accessing related YouTube data
All stored data related to YouTube API Services will be deleted within a reasonable period

8.2 Instagram

You may revoke our Instagram authorization at any time via Facebook/Meta account under Settings → Apps and Websites
After revocation, we will immediately stop accessing related Instagram data
All stored data related to the Instagram API will be deleted within a reasonable period

IX. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party cloud providers for infrastructure, storage, and system operation. Such services are limited to supporting platform functionality and may not access or use your data without authorization.

X. Your Rights

Under applicable law, you may have the right to:

Access or request a copy of your personal data
Request correction or deletion of related data
Withdraw third-party platform authorization at any time

XI. Minors

The Service is not directed to users under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

XII. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page and take effect immediately.
